The developers of Parris Landing chose two different interior design firms to energize the model residences and offer the buyer either a contemporary or traditional design.

The first model residence was created by world-renowned designer Philippe Starck and his London-based company YOO. The YOO/Philippe Starck model residence combines sleek modernist details with loads of personality. The triplex model contains a playful combination of fabrics on the main floor, while the roof deck sports an eclectic mix of Starck-designed furniture as well as whimsical pieces designed by others.

The second model residence was created by Riha Design Group, know for their mix of the classic and contemporary as is evident in their design for one of the two bedroom units. Innovative use of built-ins with rich materials and colors create a very appealing traditional yet modern home.
